Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. Every product sold by Secret School is a digital download — an illustrated PDF, delivered by email. No physical item exists, and no physical item will ever be sent to you.

How your book reaches you

The moment your payment clears, a download link is emailed automatically to the address you entered at checkout. This normally arrives within a minute.

No shipping address is required, and no delivery charge is applied. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.

Delivery time

Instant. Delivery is automatic and does not wait on working hours, holidays or business days.

Where we deliver

Anywhere with a working email address. Digital delivery carries no geographic restriction and no customs formality.

If your download has not arrived

  1. Check the spam or promotions folder of the address you used at checkout. Automated delivery mail is filed there more often than anywhere else.
  2. Confirm the address you typed was correct — a single mistyped character is the most common cause of a missing download.
  3. If it still has not reached you one hour after payment, email mason33light@gmail.com with your order number. We resend it by hand, usually the same day.

Losing your file later

Keep the delivery email. If you lose it, or change device, write to us with your order number and we will resend your order at no charge.
