Refund policy

Every product sold by Secret School is a digital download. Because the file is delivered to you immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the download has been delivered.

Please read the product description and the stated page count carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy and we will answer.

When we will put things right

A no-refund policy does not mean you are left with nothing if something goes wrong. We will resend your file, or issue a full refund, in any of these cases:

You did not receive your download. The link failed to arrive, or expired before you could use it.
The file is faulty. It will not open, is corrupted, or is incomplete.
You received the wrong product.
You were charged more than once for the same order.

Contact us within 7 days of your order with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Before contacting us about a missing download, please check your spam or promotions folder — automated delivery emails are often filed there.

What is not covered

Change of mind after the file has been delivered.
Buying the wrong title by mistake, where the correct title was clearly described.
Not having a device or application able to open a standard PDF.
Disagreement with the content, opinions or conclusions of a title.

Payments and what appears on your statement

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your bank or card statement may show the name of our registered business, brainybolt, rather than Secret School. This is the same company. Please check this before reporting an unrecognised charge.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We would much rather resolve the problem directly and quickly than through a payment dispute.
