What you are buying

Every product on this store is a digital download — an illustrated PDF. No physical item is shipped, and no physical item will ever be sent to you.

When you buy a title you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and keep it for your own use. You may print a copy for yourself.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute any file, in whole or in part;
• upload it to any file-sharing service, forum, messaging group or website;
• reproduce it commercially or incorporate it into another product;
• remove or alter any credit, attribution or copyright notice.

Intellectual property

The written content of every title is original work and remains our property. Illustrations are reproduced from public-domain and openly licensed collections; each title credits its sources and licences. Those credits must remain intact.

Prices, tax and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST at 18%. The price you see is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. Your statement may show brainybolt rather than Secret School.

Delivery

Your download link is emailed automatically once payment clears, normally within a minute. If it has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us.

Refunds

All sales are final once the download has been delivered. Our Refund Policy sets out the specific circumstances — non-delivery, a faulty file, the wrong product, or a duplicate charge — in which we will resend or refund.

About the content

"Our titles cover history, philosophy, symbolism and technique." They are published for historical and educational interest. They describe what people in the past believed, wrote and practised; describing a belief is not endorsing it.

Nothing we publish is religious, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing in it should be relied on as such. Where a title describes a practical technique, you use it at your own discretion.

We research from primary sources and name them, but we make no warranty that every statement is free from error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this store — no attempts to breach its security, disrupt its operation, scrape it, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel an order and withhold access where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Availability

We may add, withdraw or amend titles at any time. Withdrawing a title does not affect a copy you have already bought — that remains yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
